For what I can tell from playing it's similar to the game 'Sorry'. 

There are 4 chips/tokens per player. You don't have cards to play with only dice. You are allowed to move out of your 'home' when you roll a 1 or a 6. You move around the board until you get back to your home area again. However, you are only allowed to advance along the board when you roll a 1 or a 6. Then when you roll a 6 when you are near your home you are allowed to be safe and that token is removed from the board.

 If another player is on the same spot that you are moving to they go into your 'home' area and you take their spot. When the other player rolls a 1 or 6 they can move their token from your home back into their home area. Then the token starts over to make it's way around the game board.
